Possible ODE definition error on page 53

On page 53 the 2007 Legrand SEIHFR model is specified; however, I noticed the dF/dt component to be slightly different from what is presented in that paper. In the associated epimdr book it seems to be referencing the gamma value for the 'removed' compartment, not for death. I didn't see this specific issue listed in the errata so I thought I would share. I highlighted the original model's specification for comparison, but maybe I am missing something?
