Reach out to @rays22 on slack and meet him when he has time, and have him explain to you which terms should be in OBA, and which in uPheno. Once we know for each term which should be in OBA and which in uPheno, and perhaps elsewhere, we can make new term requests at these ontologies.

Disease/disorder : a decade old debate on how to define ‘disease’ and ‘disorder’, so I will not attempt to define these now. There is also some overlap with human (HPO) phenotypes. I think these belong to MONDO or HPO.
