If pdf is not supported, user should be informed that format is not supported in chat. #1986

Steps to Reproduce:

Navigate to the chatbot input and inquire about job posting format or any other topic.
Ask the system to "Create a PDF file."
System creates .pdf file but i unable to view it.

Expected Result:

When the user requests a PDF file, user should be given proper message about format being not supported in the chat.

Actual Result:

Pdf file is created without any indication if file is supported or not.
