Markdown links preceded by an XML comment are not converted to HTML properly

Dear @fblanqui, note that this library is not really being maintained anymore. It is recommended to switch to https://github.com/dbuenzli/cmarkit instead.

There seems to be a similar problem with cmarkit:

$ echo '<!-- comment --> [link](https://somelink.fr/)' | cmarkit html
<!-- CommonMark HTML block omitted -->

Actually, it's kind of even worse as the whole line is removed.
