[1.21 Fabric] sinking necklace, lava shoes is not working when using accessories

I don't think artifacts effect actually working with accessories mod (only my deduction)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go try to equip necklace sinking
2. You can still swim up
3. Try the shoes to walk in lava
4. Still sinking to lava

I'm facing this exact problem but on a server so if you aren't check if one of the other mods are causing the issue :)
