Describe the bug
When deleting a user avatar, it keeps showing Uploading.. even after getting error notification

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Users tab
  2. Click on any User
  3. Click on Change Avatar
  4. Click on Delete

Expected behavior
Uploading should not show
Cancel button should be enabled
