Edits not updating for bed charges in Patient Account

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Patient accounts via an encounter for a ip patient with a location assigned
2. Add bed charges and save
3. Then make edits in the bed charges and save
4. Message shows changes saved but the changes are not reflected

Expected behavior
Changes made should be updated
