How do I consume the streamer object for web app?

I'm developing web and want to stream video, so how can I use the streamer object?
When I run the sample code in the browser I'm getting some error like this.

you gonna need to add /video_feed or whatever you routed it to and also not use 0.0.0.0 but 127.0.0.1 or the host you defined.
