Describe the bug
Bouncy scrolling on Responsive Layout Collapsed, if collapsed element height is too big

Tabulator Info

version- 6.3.0

Working Example

expand the first row to see the issue

To Reproduce

import ResponsiveLayoutModule
give tabulator a height
add many columns so that collapsed element overflow the table height

Expected behavior
should scroll normally

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: ubuntu 24.04
Browser: chrome
Version: 132.0.6834.159

Additional context

**if i disable virtual dom (renderVertical:"basic") then this issue is not happening
