Time zone support for analog-clock component

Hi,

The possibility to display/select the time zone would be interesting for some dashboards. I did update the analog-clock.js in my testing environment but not sure my code is clean / does respect Olton's standard...

Could you think about this feature? Here is a screen shot of what actually works for me:

Updated analog-clock, now you can use attribute data-time-zone to set specific utc offset in hours (-/+) and data-use-utc to enable it (currently in dev)
