Bug: ROI comment editing failing after initial save #498

As reported by @pwalczysko

The ROI editing comment works only when you close and reopen the iviewer

Workflow 1 (does not work)

Open iviewer
Create.roi
add comment
save roi
try to edit the comment -> fail

Workflow 2 (does work)

open iviewer
create roi
add comment
save
close iviewer
reopen the same image in a new tab in iviewer
select the roi you commented on in previous steps above
edit the roi -> works as expected

There is no difference in behaviour between 0130 and 0140 iviewer versions
The above 2 workflows apply for both
