Add filereader workflow for np2 hardware guide #222

The goal here is emulate the example workflows for people that don't have immediate access to the hardware. This is meant to show how it looks when the hardware is streaming data using animal recordings.

Consider doing this for the tutorials workflows as well -- maybe this should a separate issue.
