Document headstage firmware update utility

This should be done before merging 0.7.0.

I know the commit(s) to resolve this issue will probably be in the onix-docs repo, but it seems appropriate to add an issue here so we remember to do that ideally before releasing 0.7.0 (which requires the 0.4 update to the hs64)
