Describe the bug
There is no openao-k8s image available.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any openbao repo (docker, quay.io)
2. No tags

Expected behavior
Images available in repos.

Additional context
Looking at it a bit, I think the registry name in the Makefile has not been changed to openbao.
