Describe the bug

bootstrap-vue v2.22.0 introduced a bug for b-table which sets an position: relative !important on the header when it's a sortable column.

This issue has already been discussed in this upstream issue, but the proposed workaround and fix don't really work in my tests.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to a page with a table that has enough entries for scrolling and has sorting (e.g. Sensors)
  2. Scroll a bit
  3. See sortable columns overflowing

Expected behavior

No overflow / header is sticky.
