Create some notebooks as tutorials #2
Description
It would be great to implement and provide some notebooks, these will be useful as tutorials and documentation.
Few notebooks can be implemented to show different aspects of pyOskar:
- variant filter capabilities, filtering variants by many different parameters and mode of inheritance
- variant facets or aggregation stats
- variant stats
- GWAS analysis, HWE, ...
