Save day ahead batch

Currently we only save a batch for the first forecast run, when trying to debug day ahead forecasts it would be useful to have a batch for the latests day ahead model as well so a change to allow the saving of both of these would be useful

Approach that I'm thinking:

– Look into where only the first day-ahead batch is saved.
– Update the logic so we also save the latest day-ahead model batch for easier debugging.
– Add a small test to confirm both batches are saved as expected.

Does this approach sound okay? If so, could you please assign me?

Hi @Sagarpillai thank you for the offer but we aren't looking for open source contributions to this issue sorry, this is due to this change being hard to test without being part of the OCF team, please look for other issues in the OCF code base which are more suitable, we have our contribution guidelines here which list the tags we use to find these more easily, thanks
