Incorrect statement about support for postgis in docs #1098

Description

The docs contains conflicting information on whether postgis is supported:

Lines 29-30 of the environment_variables.rst doc state that you can use postgis by setting the index driver.

But immediately below, in lines 33-34 it states that OWS only works with legacy/postgres drivers and that there will support for postgis in future.

It would be great to remove the final statement, as postgis is supported in the current version.
