Transifex Updates for the translation of Open edX user docs:

pushed 2 new commits to: openedx/edx-documentation#1991

please add a token to be in github env secrets.TX_TOKEN . The token should be created from an account which has access to permission to push resources- for more info: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/github-transifex-actions
