Delete imported section/subsection

Active only at top level!! A subsection within an imported section cannot be deleted, since it is read only.

• Top-level imported section/subsections can be deleted
• Delete overflow menu item is active for imported sections and independent subsections, but inactive for subsections that were imported within a parent section (since sections are read-only)

In Scope

• Overflow menu item: delete section
