Tracking log events lost in the MFE upgrade

Hi all,

In looking at the ORA tracking events, it seems that two browser side file upload events were lost in the MFE upgrade:

openassessment.upload_file - old implementation

openassessment.upload_file_error - old implementation

Could you take a look and either re-add the events or update the event documentation to say when & why they were deprecated?
