Snyder is the only county that I've manually confirmed the discrepancy, but I have some reason to think that it may not be limited to just this county.

@ethanepping thanks - we got the 2016 general results directly from the Department of State, and in our experience that file definitely has some inconsistencies, so I would not be surprised if there were other issues.
