Not taking this on quite yet but flagging it for anyone else who feels inspired — Yolo County has a fascinating setup for providing precinct-level election results.

There's an entire ArcGIS site (woo!) but they've broken them up in a very curious way. It appears that all results are split between these eight views:

A little tedious but there are feeds!
