Polygon cropping demo is broken

I've started investigating the polygon cropping demo issue and have reproduced the errors from the console. It seems to be related to recent changes in either the viewer or how polygons are being handled in the ui-tiledimage-polygon-cropping example.

I'm currently debugging and will share a fix or PR shortly. Let me know if there are any specific constraints or expectations I should keep in mind while working on this.

I've submitted PR #299 that fixes the polygon cropping demo. Here's what's included:

✅ Fixes Implemented:

• Corrected polygon coordinate handling
• Fixed viewer initialization errors
• Added proper visual feedback for cropping

✅ Testing Verified:

• All interactive features work (point adding, cropping, reset)
• No console errors in latest OpenSeadragon version
• Mobile/desktop compatibility

The changes maintain backward compatibility while adding:

• Better error handling
• Improved documentation
• Example polygons

Could you please review when you have time? I'm happy to make any adjustments needed.

This resolves #264.
