[BUG]Description textfield under advanced settings of ML Inference processor does not all space to be added

What is the bug?
When a user tries to add description under the "Description" text-field under Advance settings of ML Inference processor, it does not allow spacing to be added. User was trying to create a semantic search workflow and was adding descrition with spacing included but was unable to do so.
