Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe
Currently, on the DQL documentation page, there are no mentioned about "how special characters can potentially affect search result". Base on some quick test search I done, it's obvious that some special characters are treated differently(for example, _ and . are being treated as part of a string, but - is being treated as words break similar to white space). This undocumented behaviour can lead to inconsistent search results and customer frustration.
The same issue may occur in other query languages as well.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
Add documentation about "how special characters may affect search result"
Describe alternatives you've considered
