[DOC] Minor issues on "Download & Get Started" page

On the "Download & Get Started" page:

Doc says "In Docker Preferences > Resources, set RAM to at least 4 GB." but there is no Preferences listing in the left nav or the Menus. Preferences are available by clicking the Gear symbol ⚙️ in the upper right.

Doc says "set RAM to at least 4 GB." but there is no RAM listing. Docker calls it Memory -- we should presumably be consistent with Docker's terminology. What are the recommendations for number of CPUs and Swap space? I don't understand Docker's concept of Swap space. Normally you want as much Swap space as Memory, but Docker only allows 4GB max for Swap space and 16GB max for Memory.

What other resources are available? Provide links to related issues, POCs, steps for testing, etc.
