Add more prominence to a few things on the OpenSearchCon 2024 NA landing page

Describe the bug
The Submit CFP and Register buttons are not prominent on our OSC NA 2024 page and I'd like to make them stand out more.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'OpenSearchCon North America'

Expected behavior
I should be able to prominently see two Register Now buttons on this page, both saying "Register Now" with identical text and button style.

The "CFP" buttons on the page should read "Submit CFP" or "Submit Presentation" or "Submit Talk" or some such thing. They should use identical text and button style.

All of the aforementioned buttons should stand out from the other elements on the page, please change button background and text to highly contrasting with the rest of the page elements. Use one of the light red or yellow/gold colors for good contrast. Consider using two different colors for the two actions (one color for Register Now, another color for Submit Talk) - I'm not sure what that will look like so have a gander at it and make a call :)

Thanks for the issue @dimwetoth ! I'll see what I can come up with. We've got some prominent buttons on there now - but I do agree that the wording isn't quite clear.

Is the idea that you have in mind to change the coloring and presentation of the buttons in the actual content of the page here?

Or on the button stacks on the left?
