Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I don't think we'll need to do this right away, but eventually we'll need the link for OpenSearchCon EU moved in the navbar from here:
image

to the 'Archive' tree down below.

Describe the solution you'd like

We just need to edit top_nav.yml inside of _data
