[BUG] Health check failure when deploying

What is the bug?

When deploying an AWS bedrock stack with opensearch provider, getting an a healthcheck failure. Only thing unique about stack is usage of opensearch

How can one reproduce the bug?

Open search code is as followes:

new OpensearchProvider(this, "opensearch", {
url: https://${collection.id}.eu-west-2.aoss.amazonaws.com,
awsRegion: config.awsRegion,
healthcheck: false, // fails if this is true
});

What is the expected behavior?

Should be able to deploy stack, getting healthcheck error

What is your host/environment?

MAC OS Sequoia 15.3

Do you have any additional context?

Alternative issue is given as an issue with the opensearch plugin, but digging deeper it's a health check error
