Description
The bookkeeping API design (as a part of jobs repository) provides just a way to list summed information about the EPVs. This behaviour is quite unintuitive and does not resemble API spec.
As an example, it is possible to list information about the package given its EPV, but there is no way to list all the packages by the given ecosystem.
