add mistral-7b-instruct v0.3 in the llm config? #2720

Hugging face we can find multiple version for model Mistral-7B-Instruct, but openvino llm config did not include new versions.
e.g. https://huggingface.co/mistralai/Mistral-7B-Instruct-v0.3

Expected behavior
Since Mistral models are popular, end users hope easily to select different versions.
