Basic homepage layout (wireframed)

Need to have a discussion about what the initial front page will look like.

Thoughts for now:

• Could show a list of upcoming elections
• Could show next upcoming election and the questions on it
• Prompt for address and show relevant elections based on that? <-- Might not be in MVP

I could take a look at this from a front end perspective. I can make it prompt to look at their current location it can grab the relevant ones or if they don't want to show their location it can modally prompt for address/zipcode.

Are you in Slack? Rus Anderson I believe is working on layout / mockups
right now. Initial version of the application won't include location
finding just yet. Either way, we've been discussing there.
