Unable to build lsof likely due to recent toolchain bumps

I am getting the following error when building an image with lsof enabled. Suspect something introduced with recent toolchain bumps.

It is something missing in perl for new autotools.

I tried that patch and lsof still fails to build with:

I have reverted automake and the required autoconf changes were merged, now its just a matter of time that all targets get built and then the required docker SDK containers
