Configured openvpn connection auto starts while not enabled.

Configured connection not enabled (checkbox "Enable" cleared) and can't be started using start button but periodicaly started by the system? and found in the running state. This requres manually stop vpn connection (using "Stop" button) if not needed.
No way to disable connection except deleting it.
