How to auto-sync Perforce and index in official OpenGrok Docker?

I'm trying to set up OpenGrok using the official Docker image to work with Perforce as the source.

What I want to achieve:

• Automatically p4 sync Perforce source (using custom P4USER, P4CLIENT, P4PORT, P4PASSWD)
• Automatically index the synced code inside the container

I've gone through the documentation and wiki (including Per-project workflow), but it’s unclear how to configure this in the Docker setup.

Could someone share:

• The recommended way to inject Perforce config (.p4config or env vars)?
• How to automate the p4 sync + indexing flow inside the container?
• Any working mirror.yml, sync.sh, or indexing script examples?

Would really appreciate help with the necessary config files or a working setup.
