Overview

Upgrade LaserEyes to the latest stable version (0.0.115).
Port Wallet sign-in functionality from internal codebases to stabilize authentication flow with firebase
Port Wallet sign-in HTML from internal codebases to show wallet icons, and download urls if the user doesn't have a wallet installed.
