Currently Primal exists as a subfolder of the Ober Project, which may have contributed to the dead link given in the Setup instructions as part of the SVN line:
svn co https://github.com/orenlivne/ober/primal/src /home/oren/ober
I don't think there are strong attempts by say Github to preserve such links, as opposed to top level project links that are used for git clone. This also leads to additional confusion because anyone that attempt to git clone this project that uses the top level address will be dealing with many more redundant and unused paths to try and sort through while going through the mangled provision script.
