PCI splitting on Orin NX

Hi guys,
we are using the Orin NX, and we have developed our own carrier board.
We need to split the PCI 7/9 and we succeeded modifying the device tree as follows

                };

                };

and modified the p3767.conf.common file so that the

ODMDATA="gbe-uphy-config-9,hsstp-lane-map-3,hsio-uphy-config-0"; 

is as written here.
Yet, we are unable to see any device on those PCIe lanes.
Instructions in pcie controller features look completely wrong.
Could someone help us, and tell if we are fine?
