Aaron Christophel has discovered that the chipset on the Colmi R02 smart watch has an SDK available, so it would be possible to write our own firmware for it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w90RVspTkt8&t=319s
I don't know if the battery would handle sending accelerometer data at 25Hz though, but if it does, we could use it as a BLE data source.....
