Administrator permissions: inviting new users to managed teams (Weblate 5.13) #17332

Question about administrator permissions (non-superuser). Am I correct that an administrator (member of the “Administration” team, without superuser rights) cannot invite new (non-existing) users directly into the teams they manage? I found only the option to invite a user within a specific project, assigning them to project teams. After that, as an administrator, I can manually add the user to the required site team, but this workflow feels inconvenient and non-obvious. However, I couldn’t find a way to invite a user directly at the team level. Could you please confirm whether this is a current system limitation, or if I’m missing something in the configuration or documentation? |

You can make a user a team admin to manage users within that team. See https://docs.weblate.org/en/latest/admin/access.html#team-administrators |

Ah, you're right, the invitation is not available in this scope. Created #17696 to track this.
