"Insufficient privileges for saving translations." without any explanation on why and how to get privileges

Describe the problem

After registering on a self-hosted [Weblate 5.10.1] site (not owned/hosted by me) and going to a /translate/ page of a project, i am unable to submit translation, because the page shows:

"Insufficient privileges for saving translations."

which is unhelpful.

Solution brainstorm

It should show the reason and how to get privileges (including providing link/s).

It will most likely show a better reason once you upgrade. If not, more info is needed.

I do not know anything about upgrade, being just a visitor of the project https://translations.documentfoundation.org/projects/

I do not know what you faced there and how the permissions are configured there. On the other side, I know we've included specific permission denied messages in many places over past releases.
