Issue with testing in windows subsystem for linux

Hey,

have had some issue with test runner in a WSL container, as there does not seem to be a default browser.
i did find a solution which to install chrome there and make the browser selection explicit [0], however i'm not sure we want default support for WSL in our codebase :) anyone went through that already or i should just keep on digging?

Seems like an open issue for web test runner: modernweb-dev/web#701

If we'd commit the workaround, it wouldn't work on macOS anymore... so you might be stuck with having those changes purely locally

Looks like there is another workaround by specifying an environment variable that points to your WSL chrome installation (modernweb-dev/web#701 (comment)):

export CHROME_PATH=/usr/bin/google-chrome

I agree with @mokimo that we shouldn't commit the config change.

i confirm that works! will try to change that to problem solved kind of thread
