Dictionary with mixed data types

Is it possible for a Dictionary to store / return different datatypes? i.e. value1 can be a string, value2 be a bool...and so on like Python dictionaries.

Basically I have a .csv containing my experiment parameters,
col1: parameter name,
col2: data type e.g. "%b",
col3: parameter value

I'm was hoping to store col1 and col3 as key-value pairs in a Dictionary, typed by col2 :)
