Does anyone have experience with this? I have changed the workflow several times, I have asked aorund and it is still not working . I would really appreciate some input. I have the camera connected via USB cable. |

Have you tried the solutions provided in identical posts in the forum? https://github.com/orgs/bonsai-rx/discussions/1574 We keep seeing this error once in a while, but people never actually report how/what fixes it. Have you tried to ask Neurophotometrics? |

I have looked through those suggestions. I have really tried to find answers. I have also contacted Neurophotometrics but they said they could not help and directed me to this Github. I am unsure of what is meant with the difference in Pylon interface and the developing SDK? |

For future reference - what worked for JO-PANDA was reinstalling Pylon 7.1.0 Camera Software Suite Windows, but choosing "Developer" instead of "Camera User". Doesn't seem to be anything related to neurophotometrics package specifically (the FP system uses spinnaker cameras if I am not wrong) so I am not sure why this basler/neurophotometrics combination appears frequently. However the neurophotometrics package has also been recently updated (in dec 2024) so maybe any previous problems with old/locked dependencies (just with regards to video) has been resolved. |
