Hi @ToDdtheFox, which operator are you using for the polygon ROI? |

Hello Bonsai community, I am working with an 8 arm maze and would like a signal if the rat leans over the boundary or "outline" of the maze. To do this i attempted to use the polygon ROI which works for some legs but you cant draw or rotate the shapes so for legs on the diagonal the bounding box is very miss sized. is their a way to rotate the region of interest shapes?
Alternatively I tried getting a binary mask of the maze using threshold and then bit wise multiplying it with the motion tracker branch in Exercise 11: Background subtraction and motion segmentation. This sort of worked but shadows in the room make it very difficult to get a clean signal.
Is their a better approach to this problem?
Thank you kindly
