[Progression] Make Archimonde and Azgalor drop three Tier 6 Tokens with the release of Black Temple

Suggestion for an exemption in the progression module, and to allow Archimonde and Azgalor to drop three instead of two Tier 6 tokens upon the release of Black Temple. This is simply due to the unfriendly nature of Hyjal as a raid, and following the fatigue of the bracket.

This change will allow old players with alts and new players to get access to critical Tier pieces while still having the leisure to dedicate most of their time to the Black Temple once released.
