1v1 Battlegrounds for lower level PVP

Please make it so battlegrounds as WSG can be started already at 1v1 for non-max level please. Instead of the requirement being 2v2 before it starts.

Many nights no BG is started at all because of the low amount of players in queue. But theres alot more often 1-3 players in queue.

I actually think this solution would increase the BGs started by alot.

This change I hope is also easy to implement and try out for a month. If it's really disliked just reverse it.

Imagine two lv 10 players in wsg, both having taken the flag, chasing each other through tunnel->roof->gy->tunnel->and so on

I don't think that this will improve the player experience, 2v2 is already low enough from my point of view.
