Insitutional email problem

Hi everyone,

I have a problem with setting up my account for the educational plan.
GitHub doesnt recognize "@emp.cu.edu.eg" as an academic email of my organization (Cairo Univerity). Cairo University is already in the list by GitHub, but the email isnt recognized as an email address of Cairo Univeristy.
I tried to send a support request, but I got an automated reply that prevented me from sending the request because "manual verification and support for GitHub Education is no longer available, and I have to go to the community".
Well, Im not talking to a support or staff team.. Is there a chance I can still join the education plan? Email verified, ID exists, but, GitHub doesnt recognize the email as academic. and this is the only problem here.

To solve this, you have to contact support by opening a ticket here, select "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" and explain the issue with your academic email domain.

We acknowledge that institutions update their domains and campuses so we encourage users to write in to us so we can review those changes - the "My selected school has incorrect or incomplete information e.g. domains or campus location" option is available for this reason.

Ensure your @emp.cu.edu.eg address is verified in your account settings and that you are not using a VPN when submitting the photo.

If the automated system still fails, post a specific request on the GitHub Education Community to have a staff member manually whitelist your university's subdomain.
