Table is trucated from previous inserts when importing multiple CSV files

Hi community,

I believe this is an unexpected behaviour.

How to reproduce :

1. Have a MySQL table and two CSV files of data you want to import into the table.
2. Call the import wizard from a right-click on the database name (if you call it from a table, you can only import one file at a time).
3. Check box "Truncate target table(s) before load"
4. Start import

What it does :

• Factually, only the last file is imported, likely because the table is truncated after each other file was imported.

What it is expected to do :

• I expected the feature to truncate the table at the begining of the import, and insert imported data into it, no matter how many files of data are imported

Version and system info :

• DBeaver CE 24.0.4.202405051801
• MySQL 5.7 running on a laptop
• Windows 11

Workaround

• This behavior is not very annoying, as it remains possible to manually truncate the table before importing data. But if you are not aware of it, and you use the import wizard to load several files in a same table, and then you don't really check that all your data is present ... you'll be annoyed and very surprised at some point.
